Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team in seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards. Generate sales through sign waving, handle general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires a minimum age of 16 and involves physical demands including climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 8 hours of standing or walking. Benefits include Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and an End of Season Premium Pay Program, subject to qualifications.
