Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown. Maintain Guest Services standards while driving sales through sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with an expectation of 8 hours of standing or walking. Minimum age requirement is 16. This role is part of the Spirit Halloween brand team.
