Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team in seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards. Generate sales through sign waving, pricing, and POS operations alongside general housekeeping and loss prevention efforts. Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a requirement of 8 hours of standing or walking. Minimum age requirement is 16. This role is part of the Spirit Halloween brand team.
