Job Summary
Sales Associate supports the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal Spirit Halloween store. Responsible for maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards and for generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. Minimum age 16. Physical demands include climbing ladders, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and standing/walking up to 8 hours.
