Job Summary
Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween responsible for supporting the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, and teardown, and for maintaining Guest Services per company standards. Duties include generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. Candidate must be able to work in a retail environment, with a minimum age of 16 and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Hourly pay ranges from $11.80-$12.00 with seasonal premium pay programs.
