Job Summary
Meet customers in the showroom to qualify appliance needs, suggest selections based on features, and prepare sales quotes and orders. Communicate with departments including Purchasing, Dispatch, and Installation to schedule installs and check vendor availability. Process orders, returns, and service tickets while assisting with annual inventory and representing the company at events. Research builders and designers to build portfolio business and submit bids for commercial projects. Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
