Job Summary
Meet membership sales goals by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing memberships. Educate clients on service menu benefits and enhancements while promoting sales, promotions, and events. Successfully achieve performance-based targets including membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales. Uphold spa cleanliness standards and perform various other duties as assigned. This role offers a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission on membership sales, with top performers earning an additional $2–$4 per hour. Candidates must demonstrate a history of exceptional customer service.
