Job Summary
Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer. Maintain pricing and visual standards, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance. Model MAPS principles, ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns, and achieve add-on goals at the register. Support replenishment and locate fulfillment while keeping the store full and organized. Assist with visual directives, boutique cleanliness, and floor sets as directed. Build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
- Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
- Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
