Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, including stock and replenishment, while maintaining the brand and overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities include achieving or exceeding established sales goals, actively participating in promotions and sales incentives, and maintaining store appearance and performance standards. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, enthusiasm for the brand, and the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
