Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving established sales goals, and maintaining overall store appearance. Key responsibilities include actively participating in promotions, developing customer relationships, maintaining store operations and visual merchandising standards, and assisting management with markdowns and security policies. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a goal-oriented, team player attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
