Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, including stock and replenishment, while maintaining the brand and overall appearance of the store. The role requires achieving established sales goals, participating in contests and promotions, mastering selling skills and customer service standards, and developing customer relationships. Responsibilities also include maintaining store cleanliness, following visual merchandising standards, assisting management with markdowns, and adhering to security policies. Candidates must have a strong attention to detail and be adaptable to various shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
