Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling stock and replenishment, and maintaining the overall brand appearance of the store. Key responsibilities include achieving sales goals, participating in promotions, developing customer relationships, and ensuring store cleanliness and organization. Strong customer service skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a team are essential. This position requires adherence to company merchandising standards and security policies while fostering a positive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
