Key responsibilities include achieving sales goals, actively participating in promotions, developing customer relationships, assisting management with store maintenance, following visual merchandising standards, and adhering to security policies. The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, enthusiasm for the brand, and the ability to work various shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
