Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing stock and replenishment, and maintaining the overall brand appearance of the store. Key responsibilities include achieving established sales goals, participating in contests and promotions, developing customer relationships, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting management with operations, following visual merchandising standards, and adhering to security and loss prevention policies. The ideal candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm for the brand, possess strong attention to detail, and be adaptable to various shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Ability to stand for long periods of time during the shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
