Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, stock replenishment, and maintaining the brand and overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, participating in promotions and incentive programs, maintaining a friendly customer service approach, following visual merchandising standards, and assisting store management with store operations. A strong attention to detail, the ability to work various shifts, and a neat appearance are essential. Candidates must be able to lift between 15-30 pounds and stand for long periods.
