The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service by maintaining the brand image and overall appearance of the store. Key responsibilities include achieving sales goals, participating in promotions and contests, utilizing selling skills and customer service standards, developing customer relationships, ensuring store cleanliness, and following visual merchandising standards. The ideal candidate should have enthusiasm for the brand, strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
