The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, stock replenishment, and maintaining store appearance. Key responsibilities include achieving or exceeding sales goals, participating in contests and promotions, maintaining customer relationships, assisting with store management, and following visual merchandising standards. The role requires strong customer service skills, excellent communication, enthusiasm for the brand, and the ability to work various shifts. Candidates must be disciplined, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
