Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, including stock replenishment and maintaining the store's overall appearance. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, participating in promotions, understanding and applying selling skills, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. The role requires strong customer engagement, adherence to store appearance standards, and collaboration with management on store operations. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, enthusiastic about the brand, and possess strong communication and team skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
