Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, stock replenishment, and maintaining the brand and overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities include achieving or exceeding sales goals, participating in promotional activities, maintaining store standards for appearance, assisting management with store maintenance, and following security policies. Ideal candidates possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, enthusiasm for the brand, and a team-oriented attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
