Sales Associate

Achieve or exceed established sales goals, including hourly productivity, average dollar sale, and conversion metrics. Actively participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs while maintaining awareness of all brand-specific KPIs. Provide excellent customer service by developing relationships through a friendly attitude, answering telephone inquiries professionally, and ensuring the store meets appearance and performance standards. Follow visual merchandising standards for fixtures and displays, assist with markdowns, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock area. Recognize and react to potential loss prevention issues, including external theft and internal shortages, adhering to all security policies and procedures.
