Job Summary
As a Sales Associate, you greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations; operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts; restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks; check customer IDs to verify legal purchasing age; and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment. This role requires retail/customer service experience and a Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain), and involves lifting up to 40 lbs and standing/walking for most of the shift in a fast-paced liquor-retail setting with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
