Guide customers through the car-buying process with honesty, transparency, and professionalism by actively listening to their needs to select the right new Ford or quality pre-owned vehicle. Perform vehicle walk-arounds and conduct test drives while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and professional personal appearance. Build and maintain lasting relationships with buyers, following up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat/referral business. Learn and stay up-to-date on new Ford models, options, and vehicle technology. Required Qualifications
