Job Summary
Sales Associate to drive end-to-end sales in Lekki/Ikeja for Reliance Health, owning lead generation, prospecting, relationship management, and deal closure; responsible for promoting Reliance Health plans to SMEs/MSMEs in the offline space around Lekki or Ikeja, leveraging CRM and analytics to meet targets and expand the customer base; role emphasizes remote-first work with a focus on building relationships and closing deals in health insurance and related services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or HND in any discipline
- Must have completed NYSC or have a valid exemption letter
- Must reside within close proximity to Lekki or Ikeja
- Minimum 1-2 years B2B or B2C sales experience preferably in health insurance, general insurance or any financial institutions, and real estate
- Proven track record of setting sales goals, meeting targets, and closing deals
- Excellent ability to provide consultative guidance to prospects and customers
- Ability to identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales
