Job Summary
Greet and acknowledge every customer while maintaining solid product knowledge in glassware and pottery. Assist in processing sales, replenishing merchandise, and monitoring floor stock. Aid customers in locating items, communicate requests to management, and participate in inventory reviews. Ring up sales and bag merchandise aligned with customer service standards. Ensure outstanding service by providing a friendly environment. Work weekends, evenings, and varied day shifts with flexible hours from 10am to 4pm or 5pm. Minimum of one year retail experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience
- Interest in glassware and pottery
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Willing and able to work weekends, evenings and/or varied day shifts
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
