As a Shoe Sales Associate, you will own the customer experience by warmly greeting customers, developing relationships, and helping customers find the right shoes. You will achieve individual sales and account goals, highlight product knowledge and store services, ring POS transactions, and manage key account information. You’ll assist customers with sizing, fitting, and trying on shoes, maintain a visually appealing department and stock room, and be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
