Job Summary
Manage store merchandising, maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance, and oversee inventory management. Process and report sales transactions while responding to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently. Share expertise in footwear and foot health to provide the best level of service possible to customers. This part-time role (below 30 hours per week) offers an initial training rate of $17.00 per hour, with potential conversion to 10% commissions on personal sales for full-time staff. Located at Shoe Mill's high-traffic Washington Square Mall store, the position supports a team dedicated to delivering an excellent customer experience.
