Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales across furniture, technology, and supplies areas. Set and achieve sales and margin goals with store leaders, engaging customers to meet future needs using tailored products and services. Handle transactions via the Point of Sale system, including shipping and marketing tools, while calmly de-escalating complex situations. Ensure operational excellence by maintaining Health & Safety policies, upholding brand standards, and managing merchandising, signage, and demo units. Maintain a clean store environment through dusting and stocking. Requires 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience and strong communication skills.
