Job Summary
Sales Associate at NGA West convenience store under ServiceSource. Responsibilities include operating a cash register, entering prices and tax, making change, issuing receipts, recording totals, and generating end-of-day transaction reports. Assist with restocking shelves, inventory counts, and maintaining a neat sales floor. Support display changes (minimum twice weekly) and assist customers with questions or complaints. Maintain professional demeanor, handle transactions accurately, and ensure security protocols are followed. Requires basic math and computer skills for POS, ability to read/write simple communications, and the ability to work in a secure environment. Must be able to obtain and maintain a HSPD-12 government security clearance. This is a part-time role offering comprehensive benefits and an inclusive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills for POS operations preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a HSPD-12 government security clearance required
