Job Summary
Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to drive commercial success. Manage CRM data gathering and quality, support transaction, complaint, and return handling, and contribute to location performance targets and individual KPIs. Execute loss prevention and stock management operations while utilizing business systems and ensuring policies are followed. Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop skills. This role is based at Selfridges Oxford Street for a full-time position with competitive salary, commission, and tailored development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience
- Excellent understanding of premium fashion industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
