Achieve personal sales targets by booking quality appointments and securing monthly quotas through engaging demo classes. Represent Club Pilates at special events to enhance community presence while promoting memberships, retail, and private training. Utilize Club Ready software to manage client interactions and demonstrate a resilient approach to meeting tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional sales, communication, and customer service skills
- A goal-oriented mindset with a talent for selling memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Proficiency in using Club Ready software or a willingness to learn
- The ability to engage with clients in person, over the phone, and via email fluently in English
- A resilient approach to work, capable of thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Strong computer skills
- Flexibility for daily or occasional travel as needed
