Job Summary
Execute the sales process from lead generation to closing by conducting facility tours, showcasing services to prospective members, and booking quality appointments to secure monthly quotas. Engage with clients in person, over the phone, and via email to turn prospects into loyal members while achieving personal sales targets. Represent the studio at special events to enhance community presence and continuously develop selling skills for additional responsibilities. This role drives studio growth by promoting Club Pilates as a premier fitness provider, with opportunities to advance into management.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional sales, communication, and customer service skills
- A goal-oriented mindset with a talent for selling memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Proficiency in using Club Ready software or a willingness to learn
- The ability to engage with clients in person, over the phone, and via email fluently in English
- A resilient approach to work, capable of thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Strong computer skills
- Flexibility for daily or occasional travel as needed
