Job Summary
Execute the sales process from lead generation to closing, conducting facility tours to foster relationships and address individual fitness needs. Achieve personal sales targets by booking quality appointments and showcasing services to current and prospective members, focusing on their fitness goals. Secure monthly sales quotas while representing Club Pilates at special events to enhance community presence. Engage with clients in person, over the phone, and via email to sell memberships, retail, and private training. This part-time role offers a competitive base salary of $17.00 - $21.00 per hour plus commission, with opportunities for growth into advanced sales and management positions within our expanding network.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional sales, communication, and customer service skills
- A goal-oriented mindset with a talent for selling memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Proficiency in using Club Ready software or a willingness to learn
- The ability to engage with clients in person, over the phone, and via email fluently in English
- A resilient approach to work, capable of thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Strong computer skills
- Flexibility for daily or occasional travel as needed
