Job Summary
Engage and convert prospective members through phone calls, in-person tours, events, and outreach while driving sales of memberships and packages. Provide an exceptional studio experience through friendly, knowledgeable customer service and support front desk operations, including booking, checking-in, and assisting members. Act as an enthusiastic brand ambassador who promotes the BFT lifestyle both in and out of the studio. Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends as part of a science-backed, team-oriented fitness studio that offers high-energy workouts led by certified coaches.
