Job Summary
Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads and past inquiries, conduct engaging studio tours, and present memberships with confidence. Handle objections professionally, upsell retail products, and greet members for check-ins and bookings. Maintain a clean studio environment, manage leads in ClubReady, and participate in local events and referral programs. Work 20 to 30 hours weekly including early mornings and weekends. Earn $18 to $20 hourly plus uncapped commission. Represent STRIDE as a brand ambassador to grow memberships and build lasting connections within the fitness community.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in fitness, wellness, spa, or membership-based sales
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and achieving sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, tech-savvy, and goal-driven
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, and community engagement
- Able to work early mornings (as early as 5:30 AM) and at least one weekend day
