Job Summary
The Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate is responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service and ensuring the customer experience aligns with the company’s brand promise. Key responsibilities include generating sales, developing relationships with customers, assisting with crew development and training, maintaining store operations, and supporting merchandising efforts. Ideal candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, a customer service orientation, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
