Job Summary
As a Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate, you will assist the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service, ensure a top-quality customer experience, and support store operations. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, backing in-store events, training new associates, maintaining merchandising and loss prevention standards, and fostering a welcoming work environment. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work flexibly. You will also play an integral part in recruiting and motivating the crew while embracing the vineyard vines brand ethos.
