Job Summary
Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M. service model and actively assist in all store departments, including POS management, merchandising, and stockroom operations. Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and feedback while working closely with Store Management to exceed personal performance objectives. Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product launches and collaborations to elevate the customer connection. Adhere to all Crocs policies, including asset protection and inventory control. This seasonal role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with shifts of at least eight hours on your feet. The application window is 45 days, and the position is eligible for a company incentive program.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older
- Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours

- Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor
- Ability to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks
- Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
- Ability to be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
- Ability to continuously move around all areas of the store
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens
- Ability to input information into computer
