Job Summary
Seasonal Sales Associate at Crocs, responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model, assisting in all store departments (including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations), collaborating with Store Management to achieve personal performance objectives, staying informed about product collaborations and brand initiatives, and adhering to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory controls.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older
- Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
- Ability to stand and move in a retail environment
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and data on computer/register screens
