Sales Associate (Sealants)

Sales Associate in Tremco CPG’s building-envelope solutions portfolio, starting in Honolulu, HI. The role is an introductory sales position partnered with an experienced Sales Professional who will train the associate while they prospect new accounts, manage existing customers, deliver product demonstrations, provide basic technical product support, visit job sites to support installations, manage dealer and end-user relationships, hold distributor demonstration events, and track activities in Salesforce. The program includes mentorship, shadowing of experienced sales and field representatives, and a pathway to a larger territory after graduation. Essential duties include prospecting, learning product features and benefits, delivering product demonstrations, providing basic technical support for named product sets, visiting job sites, managing dealer/end-user relationships, coordinating events, and using Salesforce. Education requirements include an associate degree or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience desired is 1–2 years in sales or construction, or equivalent training; a bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience. Other required skills include strong communication and interpersonal skills, a valid driver’s license, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and internal systems, and a high level of energy and motivation to progress into a full-time Technical Sales role. Travel within the assigned territory is required, with a salary range typically between $75,000 and $80,000 plus bonus potential; benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, PTO, 401(k), pension, and performance-based bonuses/commission.
