Job Summary
Greet and assist customers to understand their needs, provide product knowledge, and guide them through the purchasing process. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the sales floor and merchandise displays. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. Participate in inventory management activities including stock replenishment and product rotation. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Uncapped commission earnings available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising principles
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Additional language skills to support diverse customer base
