Job Summary
Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service while balancing daily business and High Jewelry sales. Attend community social functions to generate new business, invite clients to in-boutique events, and utilize curated clienteling tools. Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, novelty communications, gifting campaigns, and reporting. Assist in daily display setup and breakdown to maintain boutique aesthetic quality. Travel as required for business needs. This role reports to the Boutique Manager within Van Cleef & Arpels, a High Jewelry Maison focused on transmitting expertise and reinventing itself through diverse talent.
