Job Summary
Engage customers with a welcoming approach, assess their needs, and offer personalized product recommendations to drive sales. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor while assisting with merchandising, replenishment, and fitting room support during busy periods. Contribute to achieving store goals by cross-selling products, explaining features confidently, and following store policies for efficient operations. Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced environment, utilizing proficiency in Apple products and POS systems. Flexible with scheduling to cover day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in Apple products and G-suite, Omni-channel POS systems
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends and/or holidays
- High school degree
