Sales Associate

Sales Associate at Rogers (Retail) responsible for delivering best-in-class service in-store by connecting with customers and matching their needs to Rogers/Fido wireless, internet, TV, home phone, and Mastercard products. You will drive sales targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge, engage customers via inbound/outbound calls/texts to grow customer base and retention, and promote the Rogers/Fido brands at in-store locations and local community events. The role requires minimum 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and onsite work with a background/criminal check as part of the selection process.
