Sales Associate responsible for delivering friendly customer service, efficiently processing sales, and handling cashier duties. Primary duties include cashiering, product placement, receiving shipments, stocking, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting in achieving sales/productivity goals with management, promoting promotions and Ace Rewards, greeting and assisting customers, answering calls, and ensuring accurate cash handling and accurate receipt processing. Role emphasizes engaging customers to determine needs and drive sales, maintaining merchandise displays, and contributing to store traffic through promotional activities. Strong focus on customer engagement, merchandise presentation, and operating store equipment. Regular participation in mandatory store meetings and collaboration with management to support store success.
