Sales Associate

Sales Associate position responsible for delivering helpful customer service, processing sales efficiently, operating the cash register, and managing store duties including cashiering, product placement, receiving merchandise, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness. Works with management to achieve sales and productivity goals, ensures displays and promotions are maintained, greets customers, answers calls, rings on registers accurately, manages receipts and returns, attends monthly meetings, and supports store-wide initiatives to increase traffic and card sign-ups (Ace Rewards). Emphasizes customer service excellence and adherence to store policies and mystery shop standards.
