Sales Associate responsible for maintaining helpful customer service, processing sales quickly and accurately, operating cash registers, and managing store operations. Responsibilities include cashiering, product placement, merchandise receiving, stock and store cleanliness, achieving sales and productivity goals with management, maintaining equipment, driving store traffic through promotions, merchandising displays, greeting customers, answering phones, handling receipts and refunds, and participating in monthly meetings. Demonstrates strong customer service and sales skills to engage customers and determine needs and project requirements.
