Sales Associate

Responsible for maintaining helpful customer service, processing sales quickly and accurately, and performing cash register operations. The role includes store operations such as cashiering, product placement, receiving merchandise, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness, while engaging customers to determine their needs and project requirements. Duties include greeting customers, answering phone calls, accurately ringing sales on registers, maintaining the register area, soliciting Ace Rewards memberships, issuing receipts and refunds, attending monthly store meetings, and supporting management to achieve sales and traffic goals. Also responsible for ensuring displays are merchandised and maintained, and for assisting in maintaining equipment in good working condition.
