Sales Associate

Sales Associate position in a hardware store focused on providing excellent customer service while achieving sales and productivity goals. Responsibilities include cashiering, operating the cash register, merchandise placement and stocking, processing shipments, assisting with store promotions and promotions-related merchandising, greeting customers, soliciting Ace Rewards sign-ups, handling receipts/returns/credits, and participating in monthly meetings. Strong emphasis on combining customer service with sales skills, maintaining store appearance and equipment, and contributing to store traffic and overall store operations.
