Job Summary
Sales Associate with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include cashiering, operating the cash register, processing sales efficiently, stocking merchandise, handling receiving/shipment tasks, maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising end-caps and displays, contributing to store traffic growth, and supporting management in executing promotions and store initiatives. Must greet customers, assist with their needs, upsell Ace Rewards, issue receipts/returns/changes, and participate in monthly meetings. Strong emphasis on customer engagement, product knowledge, and applying helpful customer service behaviors and mystery-shop standards.
