Sales Associate

Sales Associate position focusing on delivering helpful customer service, processing sales quickly and accurately at the cash register, and managing store operations. Responsibilities include cashiering, product placement, receiving shipments, stocking, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting in driving store traffic and promotions, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed (end-caps, dump bins, feature displays), greeting customers, answering phone calls, handling Ace Rewards sign-ups and receipts/returns, and participating in monthly store meetings. Emphasis on engaging customers, identifying needs, and achieving sales/productivity goals while maintaining equipment and register area and upholding friendly service standards.
